Due to the customized nature of consulting, strategy development, data analysis, and AI advisory services:
 

✅ All consulting fees are non-refundable once services begin.

Exceptions

Refunds may be issued only if:
 

• Services are canceled by Mol Consulting LLC

• A written agreement specifies alternative refund terms

Deposits
 

• Project deposits reserve time and capacity

• Deposits are non-refundable once work begins
